Refunds and cancellation

No refunds and no cancellation are available on digital downloads.

This is the position stated on cherrypeachplum.in and it is carried over unchanged. The reason is straightforward: every product is delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase, so it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense.

Before you buy

Each product page describes exactly what is inside, in detail, before you pay. If you are unsure whether a template fits your situation, email us first and ask — we would rather answer a question than take money for the wrong thing.

The Creative Brief template is free. It is a fair sample of the thinking and format across the paid range.

If something is wrong

If a file is corrupt, will not open, or is not the product described on the page, that is our problem and we will fix it. Email vani@cherrypeachplum.in with your order email and the template name.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same product, tell us and we will return the duplicate charge. That is not a refund of the product; it is a billing correction.
