Delivery

Nothing physical ships. Every product in the shop is a digital file — a document or a spreadsheet. There is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address.

How you receive it

After checkout, your templates are sent to the email address you entered. If they have not arrived, check your spam folder, then write to us with your order ID and we will send them again.

Where it works

Documents open in any PDF reader. The Excel Sales Analysis and Offtake Tracker need a spreadsheet application — Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or Apple Numbers will all open them, though formulas are written and tested against Excel.

Countries

Because delivery is by email, the shop works anywhere. Prices are shown and charged in Indian rupees (INR).

If a link fails

Email vani@cherrypeachplum.in with the address you used at checkout and the name of the template, and we will re-send it.
