What you are buying

A licence to use a document or spreadsheet inside your own business. You may use a template on as many of your own brands and projects as you like, adapt it, and share it with your own team and the agencies working for you on those projects.

What you may not do

Resell, redistribute or publish the templates as your own product; strip the attribution and present the frameworks as your own authored work; or include them in a paid course or toolkit sold to others. The thinking in them took decades to accumulate.

Consulting engagements

Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Project, retainer, advisory and workshop engagements are governed entirely by the separate written scope signed for that engagement, which sets out deliverables, fee and timeline.

No guarantee of outcome

The case studies on this site report what happened for those clients. They are not a promise of what will happen for you. Marketing outcomes depend on the product, the market, the execution and a good deal of circumstance.
