Our creatives

Made to sell, not just to win awards.

Marketing is much more than ad films and pretty visuals — but we also do that. Creatives are called commercials for a good reason: they must deliver commercial value. Business is the only religion.

Packaging 5

Packaging that stops shoppers on shelves, and thumbs on screens.

Ad films 6

Advertising films that sell today and build distinctive brands for tomorrow.

Cars24 ad filmsAd filmsCars24We signed up Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mandira Bedi without any mediating agencies. We attempted a simple real life narrative style that shifted the conversation from ‘best price for your used car’ to why Cars24 -> fast paperwork, reliable and most importantly, RC transfer. When brands play in price alone, they can be easily out-priced and are bereft of any differentiation. With the new relaunch in 2019, Cars24 became synonymous with “reliable, trustworthy service” including solid paperwork and RC transfer to protect you from all risks.4 filmsView
Happilo ad filmsAd filmsHappiloWe developed the brand communication idea, while Sideways shot the film. We choose to own ‘enthusiasm’ as distinct from ‘energy’;. How do you play a category that has myriad benefits and offers instant energy, is in fact the big daddy of nutrition. Yet, all these spaces, are extremely crowded and almost impossible to own. Hence, the attempt to own enthusiasm. We created a new mascot, the Happily bear shooting out nuts at a dull family to bring them alive with enthusiasm.1 filmView
Sonia ad filmsAd filmsSoniaHuge project for Africa. Tomato paste is their staple for cooking and every tomato paste looks and tastes the same. It’s sold like a commodity. Each brand competing on price, especially critical as Africa reels under extreme inflationary volatility. We positioned Sonia as a premium tomato paste showcasing colour, aroma and taste of the product. But most importantly, creating a new category with a stand-up pack - easy too tore, coma, scoop and re-use; capturing all in a new jingle ‘Sonia, so much to love’!2 filmsView

Brand books 8

Brand books that define not just the visual identity but the long-term strategy: who we are, what to do, what not to do, and what we will never be. One version of truth for the whole company.

Brand architecture 5

Brand architectures that scale revenue, not complexity.

AgroStar brand architectureBrand architectureAgroStarAgroStar’s wide product range is recognised by individual brand names, yet the mother brand remains its strongest and most trusted symbol in rural markets. We helped the team develop a unified brand and packaging architecture that brought these products together under a cohesive identity—one that leverages AgroStar’s distinctive visual equity while making the portfolio easier to recognise and navigate. In parallel, we worked on a robust distribution strategy to unlock scale—balancing the need to deepen consumption within existing outlets versus expanding reach through new stores. This clarity of direction, paired with a unified identity system, now amplifies AgroStar’s strengths and supports its next phase of growth.1 imageView
Adda247 brand architectureBrand architectureAdda247When Adda acquired StudyIQ, we were tasked with creating a unified identity that preserved StudyIQ’s strong IAS-prep equity while signalling the merger with Adda’s broader exam-prep ecosystem. Through deep workshops with both leadership teams, we uncovered the core equities each wanted to protect. The final identity presented a larger, more inspiring shared vision—strengthening StudyIQ rather than diluting it, and positioning the combined organisation for greater impact.1 imageView

Pitch decks 5

Complex businesses simplified into a sharp, memorable investment thesis, so investors get it in under five minutes.

The Baker's Dozen pitch decksPitch decksThe Baker's DozenWe partnered with The Baker’s Dozen from an early stage as their strategic growth partner. The ambition was clear: build a national artisanal bakery brand. We helped shape a differentiated proposition built on handmade products, packaging, plannogramming, portfolio strategy, social media content strategy, profit maximisation, channel strategy, sales teams training, building a bank of consumer insights, shopper and consumer research. The brand scaled through a strong omni-channel presence across D2C, trade, and marketplaces. We also supported the pitch deck and investor connects, contributing to successful fundraises—$5M led by Fireside Ventures in July 2022, followed by a ₹33 Cr Pre-Series A in January 2024 led by Wipro Consumer Care Ventures.1 imageView
OVO Farm pitch decksPitch decksOVO FarmOvo Farm is one of India’s leading egg producers, producing over 500,000 eggs daily, with a clear farmers-first philosophy. The business is fully integrated across feed, farming, processing, and sales, creating strong value-chain synergies. We helped shape the narrative for pan-India expansion of branded eggs under ‘Kenko’ across modern trade and e-commerce, alongside scaling a B2B egg-ingredients business (egg powder and egg liquid) for industrial use. With existing partnerships with brands such as Britannia, Mio Amore, and Moreish, and ambitions to expand internationally, we developed the growth story and investor pitch to support their next phase of scale.1 imageView
Medfin pitch decksPitch decksMedfinMedfin began as an end-to-end daycare surgery facilitation platform, connecting patients to top surgeons and partner hospitals and managing the entire journey—from consultation and diagnostics to surgery, insurance paperwork, discharge, and post-op care—through fixed-price, minimally invasive surgery packages. To simplify this complex model for consumers, we introduced the brand character “Medfin Meenakshi”, making the process easier to understand while clearly positioning Medfin as a facilitator, not a healthcare provider. We crafted the consumer and investor narrative and pitch, supporting successful fundraising with their lead investors.1 imageView
